How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on home size, item volume, access conditions (stairs, long carries, elevators), travel distance, and labor time. Final pricing is confirmed on move day after a quick walkthrough.
Are estimates guaranteed?
Estimates are non-binding and based on the information provided. Pricing may change if additional items, access challenges, or services are added on move day.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes — most moves are subject to a minimum labor time. Your exact minimum and hourly rate will be confirmed when booking.
When is payment due?
A deposit is required to reserve your move date. The remaining balance is due before unloading begins at the delivery location.
Do you provide packing services?
Yes — we offer optional packing services for select items and rooms. Packing materials may be provided when packing services are purchased. Items packed by the client are not covered for damage.
What should I do to prepare for move day?
Please have items packed and ready at your scheduled start time, clear hallways and entryways, secure parking access, and arrange any required building approvals or permits.
What items will you not move?
We cannot transport hazardous or prohibited items including flammables, chemicals, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or perishable goods.
Are my belongings insured?
Standard valuation coverage is included at $0.60 per pound per item. Additional third-party coverage may be purchased separately if desired.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations made at least two business days before your move may be eligible for a deposit refund. Late cancellations or same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Is tipping required?
No — tipping is always optional and never expected. We appreciate feedback and referrals just as much.
